We’re excited to announce our newest limited personal training package: The Breakout Bundle. You’ll spend five sessions with a personal trainer going over everything from cardio to strength training. Our goal is to build your confidence so the gym is a place you feel comfortable. Not only will you get to know our machines and the basics of putting together a workout, but you’ll also make sure you’re getting the most out of your gym time.
The Breakout Bundle is a one-time package ($150) for new personal training clients. Current members are eligible if they have not done personal training before. Each session is approximately 45 minutes. Personal training can be intimidating; but don’t worry, we’re following this schedule so you know exactly what you’re getting into.
Day 1: Strength Training (on machines)
Day 2: Cardio / Core
Day 3: Strength (free weights)
Day 4: Accessory (Med Balls, Battle Ropes, TRX, etc)
Day 5: Total Body

You’re probably wondering if this is a good option for you so let’s get into it. Let’s say you’re someone who loves Les Mills Body Pump but the idea of a solo-workout is a little terrifying. That’s okay, we got you! With the Breakout Bundle we’ll teach you how to use the gym so you can be your own private instructor.
Now let’s say you’re a gym regular who comes in, uses the elliptical for 30 min and gets on with their day. We love a cardio queen but we’ve seen you eyeing those weights! We know that transition from an elliptical to a bench press can feel like going to the dark side of the moon. However, our personal trainers will take that mission with you and walk you through our machines and our free weights. After you finish the Breakout Bundle you’ll have all the confidence you need to master your full body workout.
Or you’ve been away from the gym for a while (life, kids, that pandemic thing) and you need a solid place to start with your workout routine. We know what it feels like to have to start and our trainers will provide a good mix of education and motivation to get you going in the right direction.
What happens next?
The Breakout Bundle is designed to take you out of your routine or get started on a routine and build your gym confidence — but we don’t want you to stop there. This is really just a tease of just how great personal training can be. If you like one-on-one training we suggest you add a personal training package to your membership to stay on track with finding your best self.
