Acceleration Overview
Acceleration treadmill and plyometrics training utilizes high performance treadmills and special plyometric platforms to improve running mechanics and movement patterns, train both aerobic and anaerobic fitness, develop speed, and improve power/force output. Training athletes to be faster, more agile, and to be able to jump higher.
The Acceleration program includes both treadmill and plyometric programming. Options for treadmill only or plyometric only available.
Programs have options for 3 or 4 sessions per week.

The P50 Athletics Acceleration program uses proven training protocols backed by science and years of experience training athletes of all ages, all levels, and from all sports. But each athlete is unique – goals, current training, schedules all vary. Parents and athletes are encouraged to visit with the P50 Athletics Program Director if you aren’t sure which package option is best for you.
