Saturdays are about to be a whole lot spicier with Super Saturdays. We are putting a fresh spin on Saturday morning classes with the option to make it a SUPER SATURDAY! Beginning Saturday, October 8th the Saturday line-up will look like this:
- 8am BodyPump 30 minutes
- 8:30am SPRINT 30 minutes
- 9:00am BodyBalance 40 minutes + option to stay for final relaxation
Super Saturdays: Total Body Training
When making our new schedule we wanted to give more to our weekend warriors. So we stacked some of our fave LesMills classes for a total training package. Your Saturdays will cover all your training with strength, cardio, core, flexibility, mobility, and recovery.
We know you want to spend your weekend sleeping in but with Super Saturdays are just over 90 minutes! That means you still have time to hit your favorite brunch spot after! We’re all for treating yourself after a hard workout like this.
Bring a Friend
Super Saturdays are better with friends and we’re not just saying that so you have a post-class brunch buddy. During the month of October we have free classes for non-members! That means your friend can come workout with you and try the all the LesMills classes you’ve been raving about!
Sign-up is in the app and you need to sign-up for all classes you’ll be attending. Transitions will be quick between classes 😉
