10:15-11:00  You’re Worth It!

‘I am loved. I am valued. I am worth it.’ Ask a young girl to repeat those statements and she’ll repeat them to you in a heartbeat. If you were asked to repeat those statements today, would you be able to? If you could repeat them, would you believe them about yourself? What changes that as we grow older we have a difficult time believing those statements? How do we get to the place of believing we have value and purpose? It may take a lifetime of practice but the process is worth it.
