No equipment needed HIIT workout
It isn’t always easy to motivate yourself (if you aren’t normally) working out at home. Often times we need something quick and without too much fuss.
How to make a HIIT workout worth it: push yourself. Take each exercise and go as hard as you can, regroup and move onto the next. Rest as needed in-between rounds so you are able to push yourself again in rounds 2 & 3. (Wasn’t tough enough? Go an extra round!)
