A quick, easy tabata style workout that fits ALL fitness levels. Getting in the Thanksgiving spirit we thought we would find exercises to spell out GRATEFUL.

How to complete:
Each exercise will consist of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
Take a 2-3 minute break after you finish the circuit (you’ll spell out GRATEFUL) and REPEAT as many times as you can! Katie and Tana offer different variations of the exercise – you can pick if you want to follow one, or choose depending on the exercise! There’s no music or verbal cues so crank up your favorite tunes as you follow along!
