To celebrate Global Run Day, Proximal50 is hosting two FREE group runs!

Join Katie @ 6am for a 3 mile* loop around Tom O’ Leary + a free yoga for runners class.

Join Kim at 12pm for a 3 mile * loop around Tom O’Leary + a free strength training for runners class.

* We will run for approximately 30-40 minutes – running as far and as fast as you’d like during that time using the Tom O’Leary trail.

Runners of all levels & paces welcome! Post-run snacks & treats too 😉 Proximal50 showers & locker rooms available for a post-run clean-up!
