Ideal for anyone and everyone! BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Dance Fitness is an upbead, cardio focused dance class paired with traditional exercises like squats, lunges, and core work. Using current hit radio songs, this class is a fun way to burn calories fast!
HIIT POWER YOGA | 50 minutes
HIIT Power Yoga blends elements of cardio and strength into common yoga poses to both strengthen and lengthen your body. Some yoga experience is helpful but not essential as you will be encouraged to work at your level.

An easy-to-learn class set to great music, Proximal+ Cycle is for all fitness levels. You control the intensity so you can build your cardiovascular fitness over time.
PROXIMAL+ STRENGTH (Proximal Plus) | 45 minutes
A safe and effective strength and conditioning class designed for those 55+. This circuit-style class uses body weight, dumbbells, bars, bands, and balls to improve muscular strength, range of movement, balance, coordination, and may even help prevent the loss of bone density.

RPM™ | 45 minutes | Studio 2
RPM™ tunes you into great music and takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your training level over time. WEEKEND WARRIOR | 90 minutes total
Come for 1, 2 or all 3 workouts! Cycle Express @ 9:00am, BootCamp Express @ 9:30am, Sunday Stretch (30 minutes of total body stretching) @ 10:00am. Please note: Sunday classes are held the 1st and 3rd weekend of the month.
