Each 6 week training session includes form & technique instruction for all six test events of the new ACFT (Army Combat Fitness Test) + take-home workouts for on-going training & preparation.
Session 2 starts the week of March 10th.
- Tuesdays at 5:30pm
- Wednesdays at 6:30am
- Wednesdays at 7:00pm
Session 3 starts the week of May 18th
- Tuesdays 5:15am
- Tuesday 5:30pm
- Wednesday 6:30am
Each session is 6 weeks, meeting 1x per week. You’ll choose the day/time that works for you and attend that day/time each week.
