PROXIMAL50 DIVIDE ACCESS UPDATES

As you now know, Divide Avenue is under construction. We know, insert eye roll here – the construction is everywhere right now. We’ve been told this project will be on-going through August. Access to our parking lot will remain open; but you may want to allow for extra time coming and going from the Divide location this summer.

UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 1, 2023

• The  south side has been resurfaced and reopened to allow for both east & west bound traffic along Divide.
• Lane width is restricted and lanes are controlled by traffic cones as work begins on the north side of Divide.
