Balanced
by Proximal

Balanced by Proximal50 is a 10 week online education & accountability course covering wellness, nutrition, and exercise. We start a new group every few weeks  and to ensure we can provide support, we limit each group to 10 participants.

Weekly Education

“If you give a man a fish, you’ll feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you’ll feed him for life.” This is why education from a team of experts is so important. To really be successful it’s important to understand the how and why so you can find what works for you and develop doable, sustainable healthy habits. 

Each week you will receive wellness, nutrition & exercise education articles created by a Registered Nurse, Registered Dietitian and Clinical Exercise Physiologist.

Accountability

It takes 66 days to develop a new habit. Our goal is that through education, you learn the daily habits that are necessary to see real long-term change but we combine it with support & accountability long enough to help you develop those new habits. 

To compliment the education topics, each week you’ll also get clear take-aways and action steps so you can develop the daily & weekly habits to life-long, sustainable wellness.
