Lindsey Peterson
Lindsey has been in the fitness industry for 12 years, starting as a personal trainer while she was in college. As a trainer, she realized she was only helping her clients in one or two dimensions of their health. There was a more in‐depth mental component missing behind trying to make lasting changes to their overall health. Her career path took her to fitness management, but her interest remained in working one‐on‐one with people. In 2014, Lindsey decided it was time to follow her passion and enrolled in the Wellcoaches® training program.
As a certified Health & Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches®, Lindsey coaches her clients to create sustainable lifestyle changes and to help them improve their overall well‐being. She provides her clients with the knowledge, support, guidance, and encouragement they need to make the changes they want. Her commitment is to help her clients design, develop, and live the lifestyle they desire.
