

Injury Prevention Overview
& Pricing
A three session injury prevention program designed to help athletes build a foundation to keep them strong, pain free, and at peak performance. It’s not sport-specific, but rather about moving correctly. Learning to be in-tune and aware of how your body should move and perform so you can be more effective in your overall training. The program includes:
- An assessment with Tana Trotter, P50 Physical Therapist
- A personalized exercise prescription program
- Video library allowing athletes to do work on exercise program at home
- Education on preventing burnout, sports & stress, nutrition, sleep, and recovery

= Strong Athletes
Athletes love to focus on performance, getting faster and stronger — it’s the fun, badass part of being an athlete. That is until you get hurt and can’t be on the field or the court or your performance training suffers because of pain. Be proactive in your training. Not only will it keep you playing — it will make you a stronger, faster athlete too.
When competing in a sport you have to push yourself past your limits. That’s part of competing, it’s why you do all that training. However, this does force the body to compensate and use whatever mechanics are needed to get the job done. It is important to retrain proper movement mechanics so imbalance and compensations don’t become your normal movement.

Details
Each athlete will sign up for a group (one, two or three) and then have the flexibility in picking which day/time to attend each session. Athletes will leave with some homework to do between sessions. It’s not required to attend the same day/time for each session. However, you do have to stay within the same registration group.
